ACTEGA Kelstar's Research & Development team and laboratories are located at our Philadelphia headquarters. Our specialists have a diverse range of backgrounds and training in the Graphic Arts. Our technical staff is comprised of some the best chemists, formulators and press operators in the Graphic Arts.

ACTEGA Kelstar's technical team includes product specialists for aqueous coatings, UV coatings, and lithographic pressroom chemistry. Immediate technical support is always available both by phone and on site to ensure that our customers maximize their productivity through the use of ACTEGA Kelstar products.

ACTEGA Kelstar's technical representatives provide technical training and presentations with a hands on approach to provide the highest level of technical support to service our rapidly growing customer base.

ACTEGA Kelstar's technical staff has expertise with chemistry compatibility of substrates, inks, fountain solutions, water base coatings and UV curable coatings.

ACTEGA Kelstar also has bi-lingual (French / English) technical representatives to service our customers in the Quebec market, in addition to bi-lingual (Spanish / English) technical representatives to service our Spanish speaking customers in Central and South America , and around the globe.
