ReflectInk, our flagship water-based silver ink, exhibits very high reflectivity that can be a 100% recyclable alternative to Foil Board.
Using ReflectInk will assist in reducing in-use failures such as rub-off, cracking, peeling, and warping. Also, since ReflectInk can be applied in a coater unit on a flexo, screen, or offset sheet-fed press you avoid having to use expensive foil board or off-line foil stamping machines which in turn saves you time and money.

ScratchKote coatings are brilliant metallic scratch off coatings that are formulated to provide minimal residual staining, and ease of removal while providing maximum hiding and excellent runnability for both direct mail and lottery applications. ScratchKote coatings are formulated to be applied directly to clay coated papers and used to hide game numbers for direct mail and lottery applications.
ScratchKote coatings are applied in-line on a web heat set press with a pattern gluer or off-line on a screen press. The best application and speed is achieved on a web press equipped with an oven after the gluing unit.
ACTEGA North America recommends using a UV undercoat when using stocks that do not have adequate holdout. A UV undercoat will ensure a stable base coat and consistent removal properties.
