Coatings based on renewable resources

TerraGreen, the new product line from ACTEGA Terra, is not only waterbased and therefore free of solvents. It is based on waxes and resins from nature. Its resource base is independent of petrochemicals and so it does not add to the shortage of fossil resources. Also, TerraGreen protects our climate in a sustainable way.

 

Next to the environment you profit as well. As the first coating of the new product line, the TERRAGREEN Gloss Coating G 5/200 has excellent odour and migration properties. Certified by the accredited institute Dr. Weßling, it is suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs. It was developed for application via a coating unit and its core characteristics, such as scratch and scuff resistance, block resistance or gloss, are comparable to current waterbased coatings.
