UV coatings for folded boxes

UV coatings offer a high level of finishing for folding cartons. In particular for the premium segment and non-absorbent substrates, such as e.g. foil laminated cartons, UV coatings are the first choice. With TerraGloss UV coatings, you achieve a maximum gloss with excellent scratch and scuff resistance and therefore the most eye-catching effects at the point of sale.

The acceptance of UV coatings is constantly increasing. This is also due to the advanced formulation and the selection of outstanding raw materials for TerraGloss UV coatings. They are highly-reactive and low in odour. They can be processed very well and convince by a very good flow-out and optically perfect surfaces.

Selected TerraGloss UV coatings are certified by accredited laboratories as having very good migration properties and are approved for indirect food contact. The global migration is significantly below the limit of 10 mg/dm2.

TerraGloss UV coatings are also available suitable for stamping and glueable, for media packaging especially for hot-melt gluing. Apart from high gloss coatings, TerraGloss also offers UV matt coatings from silky matt to dull matt. Further individual adaptations, such as an adjustment to the slip angles, make TerraGloss UV coatings the optimal solution.
