Antislip coatings

In the production and logistics chain, many demands are placed on printed products. A special specification, which applies in particular during the filling process, is the slip characteristic of the printed product.

For a trouble-free filling process, the slip angle of the printed product can be coordinated to the parameters of the packing line. The slip angle determines from which angle of inclination two printed and coated board surfaces lying on top of each other begin to slip.

Antislip coatings from ACTEGA Terra increase the friction coefficients to the defined value. With that they provide for problem-free further processing and logistics security. In case of stacked packaging, the increased frictional resistance prevents slippage during transport.

Antislip coatings from ACTEGA Terra are adjusted exactly to the required slip angle range. The defined slide properties are ensured by the consistent high quality and additional specific quality control. Selected antislip coatings are also suitable for counter-gluing.
