Coatings for counter-glued printed products

Counter-glued printed products combine the advantages of corrugated board with the quality of the offset print. Corrugated board possesses a good stability and is designed for high loading. Thus, packaging for heavy goods such as detergent packaging or displays which require a special stability can be manufactured.

Printed in offset, they are suitable in particular for the point of sale as a result of their quality, where they fulfill their promotional function in an exceptional way.

The sheet, printed and coated in offset, is glued to the corrugated board by using waterbased adhesive. Therefore these coatings are designed for the subsequent corrugation lamination with the highest wet block resistance. Due to this property, the process safety and a fast processing in the lamination process is reached.

In addition, TerraWet waterbased coatings fulfill further demands, such as scratch and scuff resistance, as well as adjusted slip angles. Requirements from especially slippery to not slippery at all are considered.
