Coatings for web offset

In web offset finishing has an increasingly higher place value. In particular, magazine covers are coated in matt to high gloss. Coatings for web offset are coordinated especially to heatset and the temperatures associated with that.

The coating is composed so that no craters occur, even with temperatures above 100 degrees. A trouble-free wetting of the coating on the heatset ink and a consistent closed coating film provide optically excellent surfaces.

The application is problem-free: No fogging, no spilling and no orange peel. As a result of the smooth surface of the coating, silicones are not needed in the further processing. The printed products are protected optimally and finished in a high-quality way.
