ACTEGA’s aqueous soft touch technology requires no underlying primer and can be used in conjunction with a UV curable or aqueous gloss coating or vanish offering you an outstanding contrasting effect. It is also foil stampable giving the piece the opportunity to showcase depth and brilliance together.
Our soft touch coatings are 100% aqueous based technology and achieve a great soft feel at low anilox volumes. By means of the inline varnishing with matte tactile coatings, you can create soft, velvet or leathery surfaces. Our coatings provide good running capabilities, a high scuff resistance as well as a very high block resistance. Traditionally, coatings fulfill a visual function. They protect the printed product and finish the printing image. Tactile coatings go one step ahead. They also approach the other senses of a person and enable multi-sensoric printed products.
