ECOLEAF is a new category of metallization for the labels industry. The ECOLEAF metal flakes are applied on substrates only on the required graphics by flexo, screen or ink-jet and can be overprinted. This plastic-free process eliminates the need for foil –reducing the CO2 footprint significantly.

Coating Solutions For Labels

ACTEGA will have printed samples on display along with our team of technical experts to talk about our solutions for LED-UV coatings, coatings for pressure sensitive labels, over-print varnishes for digitally printed self-adhesive labels, IML coatings and more. One focus will be haptic and visual effect coatings for shrink sleeves. These coatings are applied on the outside of the shrink to give extra attention at the shelf, for example soft touch coatings, matt effect, raised image, and special UV coatings for the internal part of the sleeves.
