The SOFT EST.® TPE range has been created especially for consumer goods applications. It can be processed smoothly and efficiently by injection molding. This brand benefits from our long experience in manufacturing TPE granulates and developing TPE formulations suitable for highly regulated markets. The range encompasses 21 materials made from flexible TPE compounds. These include highly transparent, translucent and natural-colored versions with Shore hardness values from A20 to A85. The materials are all food-safe according to EU 10/2011 and FDA regulations. The products are suitable for applications involving direct contact with foods containing water, acids, alcohol and fats and also with dry foods; in all these situations the correct ratio must be maintained between the contact area and the total area.
In other words: this TPE range opens up a huge variety of functional options; it gives your end product a high-value appearance, attracts increased attention on the market and is the right material solution for a multitude of applications.
