ACTEGA Schmid Rhyner was founded in 1880 as a coating factory by chemist Heinrich Boli-Salzmann in Zurich-Wiedikon (Switzerland) and has been at its current location in Adliswil since 1953. Their primers, overprint varnishes and laminating adhesives are recognized as innovative, measurably efficient and uncompromisingly safe. Customers from the printing and packaging industry rely on their products in more than 100 countries - UV-curing coatings and adhesives from the WESSCO® brand, water-based coatings from the GALACRYL® product range, as well as solvent-based BRIVIO® products or DIVAR® products for digital varnishing.
