Application method recommendation

• UV: The property profile of the coating film is given in case of a complete curing.
• 建议涂膜重量：3 - 6 克/平方米/湿膜
• 基材/印刷油墨/光油的整体结构必须在加工前充分固化/干燥，并在加工过程中进行检查。
• 在温度和湿度条件下，不排除滑移角增大的可能。必须进行储存测试。
• 吸水性强的表面因为吸水性大，可能会导致 UV 光油固化不充分、进而影响涂层抗性以及耐摩擦性能和滑爽性能。
• 印刷油墨应适合涂布。耐碱、耐酒精和耐溶剂性应符合 DIN ISO 2836 标准（原 DIN 16524 标准），以避免任何颜色变化。
• 如果是离线涂层，我们建议底漆的干燥时间不少于 24 小时，如果是金属印刷油墨，干燥时间不少于 48 小时。
• Please test stamping ability and glueing must be tested in practice.
• 不要用洗涤水或其他清漆污染清漆。
