Sample description
This packaging sample features a drip-off effect achieved through the combination of a conventionally drying primer and a WESSCO® UV FCM gloss coating. The substrate used is a GC1 board, offering a grammage of 235 g/m².
By the way: WESSCO® FCM is our portfolio of UV coatings designed for use on food packaging in indirect contact with dry and fatty foodstuffs, without the use of a functional or absolute barrier. Including both standard and specialty coatings, these products comply with regulatory requirements and have been specially developed to meet the requirements of the German Printing Ink Ordinance (GIO) for coated food contact materials.
